QSS graduate presents at PolMeth

Genna Liu, who graduated in June 2019 with a major in Quantitative Social Science from Dartmouth College, recently presented her undergraduate thesis at the 2019 Conference of the Society for Political Methodology held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Genna's thesis, titled "Polarization or Consensus? Examining Immigration Policy Preferences," explores how American think about immigration policy.  Genna's thesis advisors were Assistant Professor of Government Jeremy Ferwerda and Professor of Government Yusaku Horiuchi, both members of the QSS Steering Committee.

Following her graduation from Dartmouth, Genna is working for Analysis Group before applying for graduate school. She is interested in immigration, public opinion, and public policy.
