QSS major Omario Corral-Williams '23 graduates this September

Omario Corral-Williams '23, a QSS major from Arizona, will be graduating from Dartmouth this September. We like to know what QSS majors are planning to do after they graduate, and we recently stopped by to ask Omario what his post-Dartmouth plans are.  Omario told us that, "My plans after Dartmouth are to start as an Area Manager in Operations/Supply Chain Management for Amazon down in Phoenix, AZ (my home state), and after a few years get an MBA to advance my career."

We also asked Omario how the QSS curriculum helped him plan for the future, and in response, he wrote that "The QSS major's focus on combining technical skills with social and economic theory helped in setting me up to manage KPI's (Key Performance indicator) for Amazon Operations as well as managing associates. My job entails a combination of labor management and data analysis, which the skills and curriculum covered in QSS extensively curated. I hope to use this combination of quantitative and qualitative skills to advance within industry."

We congratulate Omario on his graduation and wish him and all of the Class of 2023 the best of luck in the future.
