Congratulations to QSS Assistant Professor Herbert Chang! He has been awarded the David Bloom and Leslie Chao Fellowship for the 2026-2027 academic year. This faculty award, generously provided by two Class of ’78 Dartmouth alumni, supplies supplementary research support and funding to advance scholarly projects. Dr. Chang’s recognition for this fellowship is well deserved.
