QSS major, Bill Zheng, is one of the salutatorians in this year’s graduating class. Bill, who also majored in Computer Science, wrote a QSS thesis titled "Mandates, Markets, and Megawatts: An Empirical Analysis of the Causal Effects of State-level Energy Storage Mandates on Utility-scale Battery Storage Deployment in the United States," and graduatied with honors.
